Change Your Breath, Change Your Life.
Change Your Breath, Change Your Life.

If we know how to take a breath and apply it in real life. Then really it changes our life. A yoga teacher whose name is Lucas Rockwood. He said about an exercise that was so powerful that it could change the pH of our blood. It could make it more acid or more alkaline in our body. This exercise could boost our digestion, lower our heart rate, lower our cortical levels and help us go to sleep at night.

In this exercise, I’m talking about something you are doing right now without even thinking about it. It is called breath.

Lucas Rockwood said, “Change your breath, change your life.” Breathing exercises have been done correctly, done safely are the most powerful ways to control our mind, our body, our nervous system, our endocrine system. But if we practice it recklessly, it can cause a whole bunch of problems.

Now breathing for most of us is something that’s just totally automatic. Infect, it’s controlled by our automatic nervous system. It happens all by itself.

For, example, you’re crossing the street and a car swerves into your crosswalk and almost hit you, what do you do? The sympathetic nervous system responds at that time. Many people infected, many of you are breathing this way as if you’re about to be hit by a car all day long. Now imagine what that does to your mind and your body and your life now on the other side of the spectrum.

Let’s imagine that you are out on a romantic date with a special someone, and after dinner, she leans over and whispers those three magical words, she says, “ I love you.” Do you inhale or exhale? Because a parasympathetic nervous system responds automatically.

A breathing process changes our life. It gives peaceful feelings in our mind and it does relax our body. When you will wake up in the morning, take a deep breath, and find your inner void where you want to live. Do it for 10 minutes. I guarantee you, this process changes your life. It helps to concentrate on one thing. It helps to understand the language of silence.

You know, when I wake up early morning. I always do it for 10 or 15 minutes. And after a few months, it helps to increase my decision-making power. So, try it every day.

Change your breath, change your life.
