I don’t believe that every people has peaceful life, I don’t believe that they have never seen struggle. Every people have different problems according to their situation. But they don’t express it to other people. When we face a struggle in our life, a question comes to our mind that how to overcome a tough life. When will it end?

Let’s face it, your life is tough. Your parents have been kicking out you around this big house. Everyone tells you that you’re not good enough. So you begin to doubt yourself. How are you going to handle this? I have been there with you and here’s what I recommend you to do.

Step 1: Accept & Embrace Reality- Your reality is that life tough. You are not the center of the universe, and you are not responsible for all that is wrong in the world.

Step 2: Focus on the positive side: Instead of dwelling on the negative, focus on the positive. Like, you are allowed to make mistakes. You are allowed to not be perfect. You are allowed to feel alone. If you feel lonely, then try this thing; ask your mom for advice, call your siblings, ask your parents, ask your friends, ask your kids, ask your barista, ask your Uber driver. Ask them how they do when they have tough situations in their lives and you will realize that most of them are once like you.

What you can learn from those, your question can help you to deal with the situation you are in now or shortly.

If you want to know how to deal with tough situations start by knowing who you are. Take a few moments to think. Take a few moments you play in your everyday life. What’s motivates you? What does make you angry or sad? What do you do when you are angry? Take some time to think about your habits and see what themes you run into all time.

Take care of yourself first-Which life gives lemons, don’t make lemonades. Sure you might want to feel better in short term, but you need to get healthy and back on track. If you want to feel better in the long term. Take care of yourself first.

You know life can be a lot of hassle and so the time’s all you want is to feel purpose. We all go through the same problems. So, don’t give up. Stand up and face the problems. Only one thing to remember. Don’t lose your faith.

Here, I want to tell you a story. Just one story- a boy whose name was Steve he drop out of college when he was 17. Steve was so smart and intelligent. He was good in his studies but the cause of his poor financial condition. He didn’t complete his higher studies. Steve’s biological mother was a young unwed graduate student. In college, she got an unwanted baby and so she decided to put him for adoption. So Steve’s parents who were on a waiting list got a call in the middle of the night and asking they had got an unexpected baby.

Do you know what the baby’s name is? The name of that baby is Steve Jobs, who is the founder of Apple company.

You know in this life he was faced with many problems. Still, from his own company, he got fired. Again he started with zero. But now he got success. He never gave up. He never gave an excuse. He focused on one thing at a time, which helped him to get success in his life. If he had lived with his biological parents, he might not have been successful.

Remember one thing, your time is limited. So don’t waste it. Don’t let the noise of otters’ opinions drown out your inner voice and most important dare to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. So, do focus and listen to your inner voice. It helps you to get your answers.
