Before we will go to the topic of laziness, first we should know about addiction. Why am I saying about addiction? Because in the present moment we all have an addiction, someone addicts to gaming, someone in gambling, someone addicted involved in the use of substances such as inhalants, opioids, nicotine, etc. Habit is the first step to go towards addiction. If your habit is good, then it’s being good addiction. But if your habit is not perfect and it harms you, then it’s being an addiction that will harm you.

Now, if you are so lazy and it has been for the past 5 months, then it’s your habit but if you have been doing the same thing for the past 5 years, then it’s not your habit, it’s an addiction. So, I’m saying that habit is the first step to go towards compulsion. When a habit makes an addiction, it’s very hard to go back.

Why does a habit make an addiction?

How to know when a bad habit has escalated to an addiction?

A habit has escalated to addiction when it starts to negatively impact our day-to-day life, and we feel we can’t stop it.

A habit becomes an addiction when we feel problems in mental and physical health and daily functioning. We are trying to stop that habit but we can’t. For example when we play a game and we can’t win in the game, then we again play and it would happen until we win the game. We feel headaches even while playing. But it can’t stop.And it’s called addiction.

A neuromodulatory molecule plays several rules in our brain cells and it’s called dopamine. It’s the very important factor. Dopamine helps to achieve to gain knowledge. It makes increase our curiosity. On the other hand it has some disadvantaged, for example when we see porn film, it gives us self-satisfaction. It releases more dopamine as compared to normal way. Because of spreading neuromodulatory molecule we are watching the porn , are playing game and are taking opioids more and more.

We are trying to stop that things but we fail to do. Because we know-

Dopamine is a so-called messenger substance or neurotransmitter that gives signals to neurons. It not only controls mental and emotional response but also controls motor response. Dopamine in particular is known as the "happy hormone". It is responsible for our pleasant experiences.

After playing games we can’t focus on study, we are trying to give concentrate and focus but no dopamine release on that moment. This work doesn’t release any dopamine. Laziness is such type of addiction. Some bad habits move us towards the laziness. If you want to flee from this laziness, then change your mind slowly and develop your habit day by day. It’s not one success , it takes more than 4–6 month.

Throw a Bad Habit Out of Your Life When You Find Another Interesting Good Habit.

Don’t forget this two rule-

  1. Make a better life from your 2 hour past life.
  2. You should to try do work in present time. If you manage your present time proper way than your future is automatically being well.

How to remove our laziness:

  • Wake up in morning period.
  • Do breathing exercises everyday.
  • Set a mini goal everyday and try to achieve that goal.
  • Do these things regularly untill you achieve your advantage.
